We are currently in pre-order. All orders will ship in early August 2026. This is our first drop and we want to make sure every box is perfect before it goes out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your box is on its way.

Your card is charged immediately when you complete checkout. You are reserving your spot in the first drop. If you need to cancel before your order ships, email us at hello@jaderabbitbeauty.com and we will take care of it — no questions asked.

Yes — you can cancel your pre-order at any time before your box ships. Just email hello@jaderabbitbeauty.com with your order number and we will process a full refund.

Our founding run is strictly limited to 90 Full Moon Boxes. We chose 90 intentionally so every founding box is perfect — and once these are claimed, that’s it for round one. Founding members ship first, in early August 2026.

Every Full Moon Box includes 5–6 products: a full-size hero serum or essence, a targeted treatment, an indie K-beauty or Asian skincare discovery, a moisturizer, a ritual bonus, and your monthly Glow Guide with layering tips and ingredient stories.

Yes — the hero serum or essence is always full size. Additional products are either full size or generously sized samples. We never do tiny sachets.

After the initial August launch, boxes ship on the 10th of each month. Order by the 5th to receive the current month’s box. Orders placed after the 5th receive the following month’s box.

Yes — you can cancel anytime before the 5th of the month with no fees. Log into your account to manage your subscription.

Absolutely. Log into your account and skip any upcoming box before the 5th of that month. There is no limit to how many months you can skip.

The Glass Skin Starter Kit is a one-time purchase — a complete beginner routine of 5–6 products to build your glass skin foundation from scratch. No subscription required.

Not at all. Every product is gentle and comes with a step-by-step Glow Guide that walks you through exactly how and when to use each one.

Shipping is free on orders over $45. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $5.99. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join the waitlist to be notified.

Subscription boxes are non-returnable due to the perishable nature of skincare. If a product arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.

We prioritize barrier-friendly, well-tolerated formulations. Every Glow Guide includes a full ingredient list. If you have a specific allergy, email us before subscribing.

Yes — we only work with cruelty-free brands. Many are also vegan, and we note this in the Glow Guide when applicable.
